    I found your site through Google’s blogsearch.

    The granite tiles shown in the article you linked to are a good option for the do-it-yourselfer. I install solid countertops for a living so I can tell you that the weight and complexity of putting in a large slab of solid stone make it quite a project. Breaking it down into tiles may not give exactly the same look, but it would certainly make it a lot easier.
